Hi!
A little something about the business and me.
I started this service back in 2014.
Initially started by selling pre-owned merchandise and doing splits.
Then started taking more orders of merchandise and doing proxy requests.
I also did event orders when I was in Japan.
I am an avid collector of manga, anime and game merchandise.This business is officially registered.

1. Proxy service
I accept request to take personal orders.
Eg. Animate, Broccoli, KyoAni, Jump, Rakuten, AmazonJP, Taobao etc.*There are restrictions to the sites I can order from.
*Certain items are restricted. Eg. Perfumes, cosmetics etc.2. Pre-orders
Pre-orders for anime goods/figurines, event mail-orders, etc.3. GO (Group orders)
When the post is listed as a GO, it means the orders are for non-official items.
a) Fan made cotton dolls/clothes
b) Fan made goods4. Surugaya (2nd hand goods)
Batch orders for Surugaya is held once or twice a month.5. Splits
Splits refers to items that are sold in box sets that are shared between those who join.I will mostly only order the set once all the slots OR a high percentage are taken. So there will be times when the split is not complete and the item is out of stock.6. Event Personal Shopper (Currently not available)
Orders for items from events/anime conventions held.
I used to do this when I was Japan. If I ever do go again I will open this service.

Service Fee
- My basic service fee is 10% for all items.
- For personal orders which requires me to search for the item (no link provided), service fee is 15%.
- The fee for physical buying service at events/store is 15-20%.Taobao Additional Fees

Shipping terms
All shipping excluded - Domestic(JP/CN/US) shipping and intl shipping not included.
Intl shipping excluded - Only intl shipping not included.Ordered Parcels
Monthly packages from Japan/China will be combined and shipped together.
The shipping fee will then be split between the orders and also by weight depending on the items.Shipping fee may be slightly high but covers custom tax.
I can only give rough estimates if required.
Please take to account that packaging of items affects the weight of the parcels sent even if the item itself is light. China Shipping as of 1/10/2022

Storage / Combining Items- You can request for me to store items to combine shipping.
- If you are local, please refrain from having me hold on to your items for more than 2 months if possible.
- I will not store large items.For overseas clients
- I can hold your items for a longer time but if it gets too many, I will have to post it to you.

Delivery period
Usually takes 3-7 days to post after payment is made.
No postings on Saturday and Sunday.
Last day of the week to request for posting is Thursday.
Eg. If postage is paid for on Friday, it will be posted the following week.

Shipping & Returns
i) We are not liable for any parcels that are lost/damage during the delivery. Parcel delays after posting will depend on the delivery service.
We can however help to ask the delivery service if your item is undelivered.
ii) If your item is returned to us, postage fee will be required again to have it shipped to you.
iii) Shipping for items may be delayed depending on the courier, situation of the country, etc.
iv) If you take part in GOs, since these items are produced by individuals, there will be delays most of the time. Especially for dolls.Cancellation of Orders
i) Cancellations are not allowed once orders have been placed.
ii) You can transfer your order to someone else but you must deal with them privately. The items can be shipped to their address instead.Refunds
i) Refunds will only be given in cases where:
a) Items ordered were cancelled by the store/seller.
b) Due to any changes in cost of item.Payments
i) Payments to be made within 3 days from the ordered date OR before the deadline of the PO.
ii) When 2nd/3rd payment is required, payment must be made within 2 weeks to a month at most.
iii) Failure to request for extension or to make payment will result in your order being cancelled or deposits being forfeited. No refunds will be given and complaints will not be entertained.We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions as necessary.
